Raw Chocolate Pudding



Preparation time: 20 mins

Cooking time: 5 mins

Makes 6 servings



1/2  cup Raw Cashews Soaked Overnight

2 – Large Avocados

3 Tbsp. Tbs Raw Unrefined Coconut Oil

3/4 cup Raw Cacao Powder

1/4 cup Raw Honey

1 can coconut milk

1 Tbsp. Ground Chia Seed

1/4 packet Stevia Powder

2 tsp. Vanilla

1/2 tsp. Raw Sea Salt



Add all to Vita-Mix mixer and blend until smooth. Make sure you use sea salt, or real salt and not refined table salt. Use cut Strawberries for garnish.
